@lloyds MacOS 可以随便升降级，但是主板的 bootrom 只能升不能降，只要装过高版本 MacOS 就会随着升级，除非用 DFU 重新整体刷固件。

trollrecoder 自动录音非常好用。但是需要巨魔。

上海电信，日本东京和圣何塞，中国时间晚上都很慢，同样的 cloudcone 洛杉矶，晚上也慢，比甲骨文好点，中国时间白天都很顺畅。
