在 M 芯片的 macos 系统上，通过 terminal 编译运行一个简单的 C++程序，比如 helloworld ，编译完成后，第一次运行程序耗时比较长，第二次重复运行时就比较快，前者慢 4 倍。
如果改动代码并重新编译，再次运行程序耗时就又比较长了，大家遇到过这样的问题吗
