用过，挺不错的，推荐。
@NeedforV2 有个点需要注意，就是要观察病人在训练期间，是否出现了代偿动作，要及时纠正。可以慢，但不要带着代偿动作，不然以后形成习惯就很难改掉了。这个问题可能很多人容易忽略，我早期发现的早，及时纠正了。

@bigbyto 这里看差了，如果能正常说话，只是下床不利索，后期恢复的概率还是蛮大的。出院后注意做恢复训练，小心代偿动作，大概率能恢复到正常水平。
脑梗一旦发生就不可逆了，如果说话不利索，说明已经损失到大脑控制语言区域的神经了。
你现在还在医院阶段，也确实是不好说接下来会怎样，因为被损失的神经大脑可能会重新建立一条新的路径，这需要做一些康复训练。
我爷爷去年不幸也是遭遇脑梗，当时在医院半侧身子没有力气，后面出院后在 youtube 找了个康复训练的视频，教他锻炼了半年，现在恢复了 80%，剩下的就是后遗症了。

@AyaseEri 我主要想吐槽的还是 40Gb/s 是一个不小的瓶颈，目前比较想买 mac studio 外接硬盘，现在的情况就是会损失一些顺序 io 的速度，虽然不大，但也有点不爽😕。

@jjxtrotter 这已经是个瓶颈，要吃满这个带宽也很简单，pcie4 的硬盘就可以了，反而吃吃满 4 个接口所有带宽的情况比较少，显然 dmi4.0 总线的共享带宽更灵活一些。
