破案了，后台跑 ddns 直接导致 ipv6 地址坠机，电信的大手。买了一个新笔记本，旧笔记本放在家里老老实实地什么都不干，一直都能访问上，台式机跑 wiregaurd 、ddns 、sunshine 串流，光速被封 ip 。
