auto 中国时间工作日的下午两点以后就会进入超级缓慢模式

不，其实吧，这玩意我不认为是阿里自作主张的

这种编码最开始从企业端就是分配好了的，显然是早期内部版本，后来标准化了以后，国家推出了正式版本的

但是你阿里不能在国家规范了标准以后还抱着旧标准说这就是国家标准啊给你个过渡期，国家正式公开标准已经发布了最少五六年了吧，现在你还用这种不公开的，还说是国家标准，只能归类为你阿里自己开药监局了

这个跟垄断没啥关系现在忙没工夫解释太细从法律角度和实际角度都不是垄断
因为你也可以搭一个同样的平台，去挨个找药厂和物流企业去谈，找医保局去谈
