最近有项目需求，时隔半年又在 VS2022 上搞开发了。发现 Visual Studio Installer 以及 Nuget 包下载变慢了很多，只能跑到 200kB/s 左右，甚至会断连。我记得之前都很快的，能跑满带宽。
是不是最近国内 CDN 没了啊，我是江苏联通家宽。
