于是24 号夜里就申请退款, 25 号客服回复我:

If you would like a refund you can request one by canceling your account via the "Cancel this Account" link located under the "Account" tab within the Linode Manager.

到现在也没回,钱也没退到我信用卡

According to ticket 5505969, it appears that the refund was processed today. You will need to give it 3 to 5 business days to show up on your bank statement. We're sorry about the delay with this process.
