最近一周发现连接香港网络,会随机出现 icmp ping 大规模丢包,但 tcp 连接又正常, 甚至 mtr 都不丢包,这是啥情况

如果我是墙我觉得我会让你的 icmp 包全部通过。但是 tcp 给你丢包丢成狗。

感觉这些都像是出口超载。。
