Production Engineer based in Shanghai, reporting directly to COO. Responsible for production engineering and management. Have a strong sense of responsibility, good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, clear thinking, good team player and ability to perform under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- establishes production schedules and targets for the manufacturing of camera products, to meet the requirements of existing and projected sales orders
- coordinates with other team members in planning and implementing manufacturing programs
- plans production activities and personnel to achieve work-in-process targets
- organizes material flows and inventory to reach production targets
- manages supply chain with sub-contractors related to the manufacturing of camera products
- compiles, analyzes and evaluates production data objectively
- monitors production quality to minimize rejections
- maintains product quality and raw material quality
Requirements:
- college education and above
- at least 3 years of equivalent management experience
- have good consumer electronics knowledge and people management skill
- good competency of training and communication
