安装了 anaconda2 之后，使用命令升级： pip install --upgrade spyder

最后出现如下错误: Found existing installation: Sphinx 1.3.5

Cannot remove entries from nonexistent file /home/kingmo888/anaconda2/lib/python2.7/site-packages/easy-install.pth

请问如何解决？

试试 conda update spyder , spyder2 升级 3 可能会出现很多问题

@princelai 我自己做了个 spyder 的汉化包，想在 ubuntu 下试试。顺便在 ubuntu 练习
