Role Description 工作内容：

This is a mid-level, full-time development position in our new Shanghai office. We expect you to be able to contribute to the development of high-quality software solutions with some guidance. You should already be familiar with web development using Ruby on Rails, be comfortable with both automated RSpec tests and ad-hoc manual testing. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities 工作职责：

• Assist in writing and maintaining automated test suite.
• Own all tests that are specific to Chinese internationalization.
• Contribute to the development of effective continuous integration and continuous deployment tools and processes.
• Coordinate bug reporting and resolution with our S&S team.
• Work effectively as part of a worldwide, remote-first team.

REQUIREMENTS 具备以下技能：

• Proven work experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Experience in writing script for perform automation testing is an advantage
• Experience in RainForest QA is advantage
• Self driven to take responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in English

• Communicate with other parts of Faria Education Group including product teams, QA, design, support and marketing.
• Proper remote presence & etiquette through Slack, BaseCamp, GitHub and other systems.
• Adherence to operating procedures with timely followups to avoid surprises and dropped work.
• You will report to a Senior Developer for OpenApply, who is a direct report to the OpenApply Principal Developer.

Location 工作地点：

This is a full-time job in our Shanghai office. Because of the global nature of our business, you should also be prepared for conference calls outside of business hours. Potential emergency situations can call for support at any hour, though we work hard to minimize those situations.
