求一个 idea 浅色颜色主题

找了好久，没找到合适的

浅色的

很多浅色主题，对比度太低

背景白色的，有些关键字用浅蓝色，眼睛难受啊

或者，都挺正常的，结果选中文字之后，完全看不见。。。比如字是黑色，选中也变成黑色。。。

我不知道在哪里可以修改这个

有大佬给推荐一下好看的浅色主题么

@thinkif 谢谢，Solarized Light 我安装试了，个人觉得还是对比度问题，字在背景色之上，不显眼，感觉更费眼

官方的 Gray Theme 很不错，需要版本是 2019.1 以上。

默认的就挺好的
2019.1 之后有官方的（主题插件） gray theme 和 light theme 也都挺好的
