每天靠走路和爬楼保持身体健康可行吗

    我是个吃货,别想让我节食,于是我运动……

    于是这周开始运动。每天1w步+20层楼,大概会花1小时走路,基本是快走的状态,然后爬楼是从自家小区楼爬上去,爬到10楼,然后坐电梯下来……

    不奢望减肥的话,这样的运动量应该够了吧?下一步也准备开始慢跑,首先先要买双鞋……
