这块确实是知识盲区，是用 pyinstaller 做的还是 VS 做的呢？

需要打包完成后在没有 cuda 环境的任意一台有 GPU 的 windows 电脑上运行，目前看到别人打包的程序中有大量的 dll 文件，同时也存在原始 python 代码

cuda 是个显卡的驱动程序，和操作系统版本、显卡可能都有关系，怎么能打包到你的应用里在所有电脑上运行？

@tan90du2 可以直接发布 cuda 二进制的 dll, 只要是 N 卡并且驱动版本不旧，就能直接用。

waifu2x-caffe 就是这样做的。
