用了什么黑科技，alpha 混合比 imagemagick 快了整整 20 倍。

原来 pillow 默认不支持 sse4 和 simd 。。

最近正好在折腾图片调整, 不知道这个用得上么, 其实我就是给图片调整个分辨率或者转 webp.
