@exoticknight 是的，iCloud 是云上贵州就用不了

更新于 11 月 21 日晚，终于成功启用 Apple Intelligence, Visual Intelligence 和 Image Playground!

11 月 6 日开始无法登入网页版 iCloud 同时 iPhone 进入 Preparing 阶段，等了十来天看到楼上 @Neight99 回复里有提到重新登录的事情，在退出 ID 重新登录后可以直接启用 Apple Intelligence, 如果是 iPhone 16 用户顺带会介绍 Visual Intelligence 相关功能。申请 Image Playground 的 early access 几分钟就通过了！

略有遗憾的是目前网页版 iCloud 依旧无法登入，但瑕不掩瑜！希望这个帖子能为其他转区的朋友们提供帮助！

@Raven12138 9 月初转的，最近登入 .com 网页端会自动刷新退回未登录状态，之前可以。

我有 2TB 存储，上周发现 Custom Email 可用，等 iCloud 发现照片走的也是 .com ，Apple Intelligent 进入 Preparing 状态，但是最近几天登不上了（

更新于 11 月 3 日，iCloud custom domain 可以使用了，Apple Intelligence 依旧不可用，但根据上面朋友的描述貌似离成功也不远了！

更新于 10 月 18 日，iCloud 网页版邮件可以使用了！但是系统设置里的 custom domain 还不行，退出 iCloud 后可以成功激活 Apple Intelligence ，推测系统设置里的 custom domain 可能对于判断 ID 是否已完全迁移完成要更靠谱一些。

@callmemax 感谢提供多一种验证方式，我在系统内 custom domain 目前也是不可用，可能是资料比较多（

@uuhhme 了解了，感谢解答。目前在 iCloud.com 可以成功登入，但是网页版邮件还暂未可用，会提示崩溃。
