@TMMXA 如果你对 linux/window/mac 上也有类似需求的话，可以试下 manictime ，这个是我一直在用的。跨平台，开放 api ，非移动端可以自动截图。

安卓上 appusage 不错。但那个只是应用使用时间的记录。还用一种解决方式是使用类似小白录屏这种录屏软件做 7x24 小时的记录。但是实际体验效果不怎么样。

我在 zotero 中用两种颜色来做区分。🟡是句子，🔴是单词，然后就能知道具体的句子是什么。优点是很准确。缺点是需要手动多划一道。
