appfog的faq里有提到——
“This means that any changes you make to the file system through a web interface, including any admin changes and content uploads, will be lost on the app's next start, stop, restart, deploy, or resource change.”

直接在wp管理面板安装插件和主题的话一重启就没了，所以插件、主题或者升级wordpress最好用af上传^_^
