有人用过 paypal 的银联去购买 digitalocean 吗?昨天尝试了一下,钱顺利被划走,但是 DO 死活收不到。现在不得不走 paypal 的 30 天争议退款,很奇怪啊,银行和 paypal 都显示成功,那钱去哪里了?

    不建议争议,DO是个靠谱的公司,你提交争议太草率了。钱到DO帐上比较慢,你应该把支付凭证发DO客服及pp客服,让他们去帮忙查,如果实在没到帐钱会在三天后自动退回的。

    大公司你发个tk大多都会解决,无法解决也会给你退款。另外paypal付款我从来都是用银联,也冲过DO 没遇到楼主的情况

    Hello Zach, my paypal address is [email protected]. Can you check whether this address had the transaction with yours? Please see below screens which can show the bank and paypal transaction details. Both of them claimed that the transaction was processed without issue.

    Here some transaction screenshot, this is only the 1st test payment to check whether my card is supported, I'll send more money to purchase VPS once 1st succeds. Please tell me whether I should give up and refund my money:

    I checked into our PayPal account and I can't locate that transaction. I'm also unable to find any transactions associated with your email address: [email protected].

    At this time I can only recommend that you try to add another payment. Here's how you can do that:

    - Navigate to your payment methods page: https://cloud.digitalocean.com/user_payment_profiles
    - Select the amount that you would like to add to your account ($5-100)
    - Select the "Pay Now" button. This will prompt you to sign into PayPal and confirm the amount

    If you have any further questions at all, please let us know.

    Add funds from UnionPay card (Unique Transaction ID # xxxxxxxx)

    I'm not sure, This one is the transaction number? Here cannot attach the screenshot, or I can show your the full page in Paypal.

    I tried to create a droplets. But the system asked me to give the payment method, that is fine. I chose Paypal and paid $5 to DO. I logged into the system again, it still prompted to give the payment method. What happened? I checked my Paypal and the $5 is paid properly.

    银行卡支付掉单是paypal和银联间的问题, 一般七到十五天内会自动清回银行卡, 不用联系谁, 或者说走的固定流程,联系谁也没什么用。

    前段时间 Namecheap 搞活动的时候也出现过,用 Paypal 支付成功,银行卡也扣款了,但 Namecheap 那边就是不成功,没有订单记录,上 Paypal 看也没有任何记录,懵了,不过几个小时候 Paypal 就发起了退款,几天后就退回到银行卡了。
