有没有 HTML&css 代码错误检查的算法或者匹配规则

像dreamweaver里面有代码w3c检测。有没有这种算法，js或者php的。
如果没有的话，这种错误检查一般都需要考虑匹配哪些规则。
比如我的html代码少了div 闭合标签，css少了闭合括号。
