gitlab 的 ssh 登录问题

由于公司要使用gitlab，这个重任就落在了我的身上，但是搭建起来以后发现https可以提交代码，但是ssh的方式怎么都不好使，这是使用ssh测试的日志，请有经验的帮忙给看看啥问题。我对ssh不太了解
