有人 iTunes store 连接不上么？

1.挂代理，全局， Wi-Fi ， 4G 都提示无法连接 iTunes store 。
2.如果输入错误密码会提示认证错误，但是输入正确密码就是无法连接
3.美区／中区账号都是这样。 iCloud 帐号正常

饿，是 iPhone ，应该是登录 app store 的时候提示无法连接 iTunes store
