百度地图有根据经纬度精确到点的api。

Google 地图实验室，这里面有经纬度工具提示，经纬度标记工具。

baidu map 拾取坐标系统 - http://dev.baidu.com/wiki/static/map/API/tool/getPoint/

之前在电脑上添加 foursquare add venue 时用到过，都有偏移。
