问一个关于《用户协议》的法律相关的问题

大部分软件都会在使用其某些功能的时候，要求用户同意一个《用户协议》。
《用户协议》也会有更新，有一些大公司的产品，显然会记录用户最后一次登录和当前协议最后一次更新的时间，当发现用户最后一次使用和当前协议更新的时间更旧的时候，会提醒用户，并要求用户重新同意一次新版的用户协议。

我的问题是，如果《用户协议》更新的比较频繁，真遇到争议的时候，软件厂商要提供怎样的证据来证明用户同意了最新版的用户协议呢？毕竟你的协议老变，要提供什么样的、每一次用户同意协议的电子证据呢？

我记得貌似不少软件都是不同意新协议就不能继续使用的吧，而且条约里面写明"如果继续使用，视作同意本协议"

我记得大厂的核心部分的协议更新都在 1 年之前。
指的是核心协议。协议分的很细的。

基本只要继续使用产品 /服务即为同意当前最新协议，
如果说的更新频繁是指今天一出、明天一出，建议弹窗提示同意确认，否则在法律上可能真的不会生效。

@PerFectTime 我的意思就是说，如果对簿公堂，如何举证“我的软件不同意用户协议不能使用”这一点？而且这个用户同意的是你现在 APP 中的这份协议？（也许你刚刚修改 APP 和协议呢？毕竟东西都在服务器里，想改，一秒钟的事）
