求给思路，关于 js

公司做教育得，现在要做在线题库。难点 1，要有含数学公式的编辑器。难点 2，直接能读取到 word 内容的插件，把 word 变成 html 字段传到后台。

现在没得思路，有没有大佬能够给个思路。
