这几个月 Windows 10 的一些网络相关功能都不正常

    先是无法访问 Smart Screen，再就是 OneDrive 连不上，最近甚至有时候商店也不能用，有时候 Windows Update 都不能用
    安装系统的时候，如果有网络连接，在“网络”那里会卡死

    没有遇到这些情况，没用过这些功能。

    目测是楼主本地网络和微软服务器的连接出了问题，换个网络环境再试试？

    毕竟国外服务器，不可控，装系统的时候我都是不联网，装好后开代理
