intellij IDE 怎么做到插件动态加载的（无需重启 IDE 生效）

    如题， Eclipse 用到了 OSGi IDEA 中没有发现相关的字眼，不知道有没有大佬研究过源码

    IntelliJ IDEA 每次安装插件都重启呀，没有动态加载吧
