其实并不是抽风或者 bug ，而是现在部分应用的内购都在转向 StoreKit 2 ，StoreKit 2 通过 Transaction.currentEntitlements 查询当前登录 Apple ID 的授权，切换账号后，新账号没有购买记录，因此返回空数组。
所有应用内购买（包括订阅）都关联到购买时使用的 Apple ID ，并存储在该账号的购买历史中。
但目前部分应用在转向 StoreKit 2 后，切换仍然可以保留会员，应该是与开发者自己的服务器进行了验证和关联。这部分需要开发者自己来处理。
