目前的方案：在 Evernote International 用纯文本存储 Markdown，然后把图片本身插入笔记中（而不是引用文件目录）
曾喜欢但放弃过的方案：
1. Typora，编辑体验一流但是为啥不能自动保存呢？
2. Bear，过于傲慢，一个 Web 版拖 3 年，Windows 版估计要拖 10 年

@mortal 貌似 status.wunderlist.com 表示服务器正常；全局挂代理之后访问正常；取消代理访问不正常。因此估计我这里被墙了。请问你那边还正常吗？
