如果愿意折腾，我觉得也可以考虑下 QNAP ，自带的服务建议都关掉，太好性能，我只用了备份功能，其他都是 docker 自己部署

我用 Bark 推送消息给手机、pad 、mac ，同一条消息，三个设备有时候几乎同一时间收到，有时候前后相差好几分钟，还有的时候部分设备收不到消息，不知道为啥

@ACSOUV 我在 account.apple.com 重新登录，选收不到验证码，手机号和信任设备都无法接受，走到了更换手机号的流程，验证了邮箱验证码，反馈可能要一天左右审核，希望可以正常把我的手机号添加进去，也非常感谢你的解答

@ACSOUV 可以登录 account.apple.com ，进去可以添加手机号，但是不能添加二次验证的信任手机号，提示要在设备上操作，添加手机号后，重新设备登录，选择短信验证码的时候，看不到新添加的手机号，应该只能选择二次验证信任手机号来接收
我的信任设备登录的是国区的账号，只是把设备添加为美区账号的信任设备，如果还有设备登录着可能就简单了
