国内，原来 pixel7 上面用的 Ultra Mobile paygo 的 esim 卡，最近换了 pixel9pro ，想把 esim 转到新的手机上，结果发现 ultra mobile 的 app 的这个功能死循环了：
在 app 中选 Account-Support-Change Device-Switch to an eSIM-This is my new device, 然后出来的页面就是让我关机把旧的 sim 卡换成新的 sim 卡的指导页面。。
有哪位知道是什么问题吗？
