自己做了个英文站玩玩，但是，不知道一个叫啥的 copytrack 网站发现我盗用了一个网站的图片，我当时想想也没啥，直接删了图片不就得了，于是删除后给他邮件回复道歉，结果老外不依不饶，还是要委托 copytrack 收我版权费，下面是他们的回复： Thank you for your reply in this matter.

OK, thanks for your reply, but according to DMCA, the wallpaper is scraped by machine from other webistes, which I even do not know this wallpaper is stored in my server! I have check the wallpaper download record in the backend, and I can make sure the wallpaper is not download by others, the wallpaper is actually exists only a few hours in my server before I deleted it permanently

道德卫士又出来了，说的好像自己上网那么久就没有触犯过非授权引用他人作品似的，网络上这图片文字引用来引用去的，谁知道哪天不经意就触动了某个作者的利益呢， LZ 你这图片删了就完事，按照按照避风港原则你不算侵权，没必要理那些道德至高点的卫士
