我是 16 款，买来就经常重启

今天去天才吧看了，硬件检测也没检测出所以然，帮我清了一下系统缓存，告诉我如果再出现这个问题就打 400 电话申请换机。。。。

不过从天才吧回来以后用了也有五六个小时了，还没有重启，但愿就这样好了

我这个我觉得硬件坏了的的可能性比较低

@nyanyh 啊？你的不是会合上盖子重启嘛。我也有这个问题。当然我的电脑在使用的时候也会偶尔重启
换机是拨打 400 电话申请，她会给你创建一个新的订单，然后有人来把你的电脑拿走，安心等新的。。。但是这个新的感觉要等好久
新来的电脑重新计算 14 天

@nyanyh 天才吧归来，天才吧也说不明白啥问题，给他看错误日志他好像并不懂。。
检测了一下硬件说是没问题，准备重装一下系统，发现新款电脑没法重装，最后就清了一下缓存走了

他建议我如果还出现崩溃的情况，就打 400 电话申请换机

@nyanyh 我和你碰到的应该是同一个问题. 频繁崩溃

平时用着用着也忽然崩溃直接重启, 很心烦
我预约了下午五点的天才吧, 他们看完以后我把具体结果告诉你

@VincentZhou 说错了，不是崩溃，就是死机。
我应该是国行第一批拿到的，拿来用了这么几天，已经死机了不下 10 次了。
现象就是用着用着不动了，然后黑了重启，重启时候提示遇到错误需要重启这样，任意键继续
然后重启以后进入系统有个发送错误报告

问了好几个人，他们的 mac 用两三个月不关机都没死机过

而且合上盖子以后第二天再用，有很大概率发现它已经重启过了。。。。得重新输入密码
刚才我录了个开盖子然后提示需要输入密码，进去以后有发送错误报告窗口的小视频，下午去给天才吧看一下

真是烦人啊
