说下个人经验
我是高 170 ，年前 54kg 左右，目前 62kg 左右，也算是瘦子增肌有点人样了
先是年前买了一对 3kg 的小哑铃，每天一个小时，坚持了 2 个月，每周胸肩背手臂腿一个循环，觉得自己能坚持下来，年后就换了 20kg 能拆装的哑铃，然后买了蛋白粉肌酸米糊，改成了胸肩背循环(不练腿不好，如果练腿应该能更重)，这段时间就进步非常大了。
个人感觉是开始吃蛋白粉和米糊之后变化快的

我貌似度过了抑郁阶段，两年多远程，回忆一下，度过抑郁阶段的时间点差不多就是找了一个粘人的女朋友的时间点了。
