一种是 Google 发短信过来，这种似乎不能用+86 号码。
另一种是自己发短信给 Google ，这种可以用+86 号码，我去年年底就这么注册过。

严格来说不是 UWP ，只是 AppX 打包 Win32 应用。
对于 AppX 打包的应用，有个接口可以开启调试。开启后目标应用进程会以 suspend 模式启动，然后启动你的调试器，就可以注入 DLL 修改环境变量了。
