我个人是如果一个 App 系统有内置的方案，只要不是太差，我基本上都不会考虑使用第三方实现。
所以楼主可以考虑系统自带的 Screen Sharing.app

@UncleCAT4 有的，注意使用 Ubuntu Unity 这个发行版而不是在 Ubuntu 上安装 Unity 环境会少很多坑
